stress-free summer 2015

September 25th – 28th 2015 @ Croton Point Park

about festival

Stress Free Summer is a community-organized arts and music weekend campout in its third year. It is hosted at Croton Point Park in New York, a beautiful 500-acre property in Westchester County 45 minutes north of Manhattan—walking distance from the train and bus. The event takes place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the last weekend of September each year.

Our belief is that proper preparation, putting the right team in place, staying organized, overly communicating, and having the right combination of talent involved results in a memorable experience and tradition being born. We bring in performers, artists, local organizations, charities such as Project9line, vendors, community groups, and offered volunteer services. All are invited for a family-friendly experience at a phenomenal venue. The event is for all ages during regular daytime park hours and shifts to electronic music for over-night camping hours from dusk to 4 AM.
